And Finally... New pigeon deterrant - Tabasco Sauce
A farmer is deterring problem birds by spraying watered-down Tabasco Sauce on his fields.
Mick Trim, 42, of Wiggonholt, West Sussex, said: "I've long had a problem with pigeons landing on my fields, and I have tried everything to keep them away.
"As I respect them for having been on this planet a lot longer than us, I looked for a solution that would not harm them.
"The birds obviously hate the smell of Tabasco, but it doesn't do them any harm they just go and find kinder lodgings elsewhere.
"Like us, the birds are creatures of habit and will keep returning to places of comfort so my average spraying seems to be twice a year."
