An eco warrior is going to the European Court of Human Rights in a bid to carry on living in his CAVE.
Hilaire Purbrick, 45, dug the 7ft wide bunker on the allotment where he has lived for the past 16 years.
But the council this week won a court possession order to kick him out because it has no fire exit.
Defiant Mr Purbrick refuses to budge from the Brighton cave - claiming the order breaches his human rights.
He hit out: "I'll take this all the way to the European Court.
