And Finally... Latest iPod an exercise in gadgetry
Apple last night unveiled an updated iPod Nano packed with new gadgets.
It boasts a video camera, microphone and built-in speaker and also comes with an FM radio that allows listeners to rewind and fastforward radio broadcasts. A pedometer can be synchronised to the beat of music tracks while a voiceover announces artists and titles.
Unveiling the player in San Francisco, haggard-looking Apple co-founder Steve Jobs revealed his life had been saved by a liver transplant from a car crash victim.
He had not been to a launch for 11 months due to illness.
Given a standing ovation on stage, he said: "I'm very happy to be here today." Apple has yet to announce a UK release date for the new Nano.
