And Finally... Sitting at a desk is a health risk (apparently)
Sitting at a desk for long periods is a real killer, according to doctors.
Researchers at two Swedish institutes found prolonged bouts of sitting lead to muscular inactivity which is linked to illness.
Dr Elin Ekblom-Bak, of Stockholm's School of Sport and Health Sciences, said: "Prolonged bouts of sitting are strongly associated with obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer."
The study, in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, urges regular short activity breaks during the day.
