And Finally... Sword-swallower slices through world record
A PERFORMANCE artist has managed to break the world record for simultaneous sword-swallowing - by putting 18 blades down his throat.
Australian Chayne Hultgren, 31, also known as the Space Cowboy, managed to beat the record he himself set two years ago.
"It really feels good, actually," he said after setting the record at an event in Sydney.
Mr Hultgren said there was more to the discipline than just grabbing some swords and shoving them down.
He explained: "I stretch my throat with hoses and use a few different techniques to basically enable me to do what, until now, had been impossible."
