And Finally... World Cup and Wimbledon leaving wake of sports injuries
Soaring sales of pain relief gels and elasticated sports bandages are being blamed on the World Cup and Wimbledon.
Tesco says it has sold 40 per cent more gels, rubs and ointments in the past fortnight, with bandages also up by 17 per cent.
Tesco's Joy Wickham said: "It's been a common sight all over the country in the past few weeks - middle-aged men enjoying their first football kickabout or tennis match in ages.
"Unfortunately for many of them it usually ends with them creasing up in pain as they try to copy Lionel Messi or Ronaldo.
"And it's not just football - sales of pain relief gels and ointments doubled in the week Wimbledon started."
