And Finally... Dutch authorities hand out cannabis scratch 'n' sniff cards (in a bid to catch drug growers, obviously)
Contrary to popular belief, the drug is still illegal in Holland, but you are allowed to consume or possess it, as long as it's under five grams, and a blind eye is turned to anyone growing five plants or fewer for their own personal use.
However, large-scale production and buying are firmly illegal and generate somewhere in the region of $2.8bn (ã1.7bn) every year.
The 20x10cm cards are being distributed across The Hague and Rotterdam and contain two panels that release the drug's scent when scratched, so as to identify any strange smells people may have experienced coming from neighbouring properties, along with a police telephone number.
Other signs the card says to look out for are the sound of ventilators, constantly-closed curtains and unusual electricity connections.
"If people do in fact call the number listed on the card, we could make this a national operation," said government spokesman Arnie Loos.
