Ellesmere Port Memories: Changing face of the Port
The Pioneer has once again been trawling through its archives of old photographs of Ellesmere Port.
A photograph taken on dockers in Ellesmere Port dockers apparently taken in the late 40s, early 50s.
You may recognise some of these vintage images of yesteryear as The Port changed throughout the decades from the toiling dockers of the town's industrial past to the shopping precinct and the rise of the town as a retail attraction.
