Low Carbon: Pupils at St Winefride's Primary School in Holywell have formed an Eco Committee
CHILDREN from St Winefride's Primary School in Holywell have formed an eco-committee to help the school reach its environmental goals.
The committee, made up of 10 children, will help to make the school more sustainable and work toward its gold eco award.
Headteacher Catherine Roberts said: "The children are very interested in the environment.
"We have beautiful grounds here so they're keen to preserve nature where they can.
"We're also hoping to create a gardening area for the pupils."
